Computer Based Training and Assessment

Try the CBT WEBSERVER OnLine

Below is a short sequence to allow you to run the CBT, Windows XP and Windows Vista

1. To do this you need ADMIN rights for your computer to install software.

2 . Click here to Download and install the Student Station Software

3. Click Run to install the software.

4. To run the software we recommend that your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 or higher (e.g. 1680 x 1050),
now follow either 4a or 4b below depending on your operating system.

4a. Windows XP - Click on the Windows START Button as follows:
START > PROGRAMS > TRACK ACCESS SERVICES > STUDENT STATION ONLINE
(you should see it downloading from server)

4b. Windows Vista - Click on the Windows START Button as follows:
START > Computer > C: (Drive) > ProgramFiles > CBTBootstrapOnline
RIGHT CLICK on CBTBootstrap (application with TA icon) and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

5. Login with User ID= , Password= as supplied in the EVALUATION EMAIL

6. Now you are logged in, UNCHECK the Completed Practices Box

7. Highlight one of the two Practice Assessments and hit RUN

8. It will go to full screen, NOW answer the questions....when finished click the X in the top right hand corner

9. To view the results CHECK the Completed Practices Box, select the practice you just did, click RESULTS

10. At the end when finished, please click EXIT
